BI Analyst

We are Belka Games. Our company is one of the 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe according to data.ai, and our audience recently surpassed a milestone of 110 million players. 
We believe that this is only the beginning, and there’s much more interesting work to come. We are in search of an experienced BI Analyst who is ready to enhance our team.

Currently, we are using a mix of BI tools (Redash/Tableau) and aim to expand our self-service capabilities. We are in search of an experienced professional to join our team, who will assist us in better understanding and analyzing data, and converting it into essential information for making key strategic decisions. What are you working on?

• Genres: Casual
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Work with our BI reporting system (we use Redash/Tableau)

• Support existing dashboards and develop new ones

• Communicate with B2B clients to determine data-related requirements and needs

• Collect requirements for dashboard data sources

• Optimize existing dashboards

• Share BI-system-related experience and expertise with the team

• Write documentation for developed solutions

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience working with Tableau

• 3+ years of experience working with databases and writing SQL queries

• Proactive work ethic and critical thinking skills

• Ability to focus on a task for an extended period of time

• Intermediate English or higher

What we'd like:

• Experience with Python/R

• Experience with Airflow

• Experience designing UI, usability, and testing

• Experience in data analysis and/or working in a Data Analyst role
