Position Overview:
As a Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads for our outsource game development services, helping us connect with game studios, publishers, and other key stakeholders in the gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in the gaming and tech industry, focusing on game studios, publishers, and indie developers needing outsourcing services.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand target markets, industry trends, and potential partnership opportunities.
Cold Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, Upwork and other channels to introduce our services and build relationships.
Lead Qualification: Assess the quality and potential of leads, ensuring they align with the company’s services and goals.
CRM Management: Maintain an organized database of prospects and track all interactions in CRM software.
Report & Analyze: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and ROI of campaigns. Work closely to CEO.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (preferably in IT, gaming, or tech sectors).
Knowledge of the game development industry and outsourcing services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends.
