As a Lead QA Engineer you would manage all testing processes and provide quality assessment on a project. You will work closely with the development, art, and game design teams, communicating directly with producers to ensure the quality of the product.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Collaborate with the development team to plan the QA team work
Communicate with the development team to resolve any issues
Collaborate with game designers during the development of new and existing features
Test new in-game features, game performance and game balance
Create test documentation and keeping it up to date
Analyze design-related information and perform QA risk assessment
What kind of professional are we looking for?
3+ years of working experience
Understanding of the entire game development cycle
Understanding of the client-server model
English: C1 (work with documentation, correspondence)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in writing test cases and checklists
Vast gaming experience in different genres, understanding of the gaming culture
