Senior Analytics Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer with experience in mobile gaming to work on a mobile F2P title, combining analytics and data modeling while taking ownership of complex data challenges in a fast-moving environment. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders, dive into complex product questions, and help keep our data reliable, efficient, and well-structured as the product evolves.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Build and maintain reliable data models and business logic for product and marketing analytics

• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper tracking of all data required for user behavior analysis

• Perform deep-dive analyses on complex product questions beyond standard reporting

• Ensure data quality and consistency across the analytics layer

• Clearly communicate insights and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Contribute to data governance practices, including documentation, structure, and maintainability

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst or data/BI engineer in mobile gaming industry

• Strong SQL skills for data modelling and extraction

• Solid Python skills for data loading and DBT

• Hands-on experience with modern BI tools (Looker/Omni preferred)

• Experience with Git to track changes, collaborate with teams, and maintain code quality

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams

• High level of ownership, proactivity, and flexibility

• Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written), with a strong command of vocabulary to communicate effectively in professional contexts.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of FTP mobile game economics and user acquisition

• Experience with BigQuery computational efficiency and cost management

• Experience with AI -driven development (We use Claude)

• Experience with DBT and its best practices
