For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Gear Games is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to co-run multi-million $ / year UA campaigns on key ad networks for Arcane Rush (Android, iOS) while working alongside the
UA and creative teams to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and scale our mobile gaming audience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and optimize UA campaigns across multiple ad networks (Google Ads, Meta, Applovin, Tiktok..)
● Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign efficiency.
● Work closely with the Creative Lead and Creative Artists to ensure the best-performing ad creatives are utilized.
● Conduct A/B testing to refine bidding strategies, ad formats, and audience targeting.
● Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and new UA techniques in mobile gaming.
Working Location: Milan, Italy
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Requirements:
● Proven experience in UA management for mobile gaming, ideally on top-grossing games.
● Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Applovin, TikTok Ads, and other key networks.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency with UA dashboards, cohort analysis, and attribution tools like Appsflyer and Amplitude
● Ability to work with creative and product teams to maximize UA performance.
● Based in Milan. We are open to considering being remote from Europe but being based in Milan is our strong preference.
