At A-Players, we are looking for a Data & BI Analyst to join our data team and help transform complex data into clear, actionable insights used for real business decisions.
In this role, you will work with Tableau, BigQuery, and marketing performance data to design and maintain dashboards that support decision-making across product, marketing, and growth teams. You will work closely with analysts and stakeholders to ensure data quality, validate data sources, and deliver reliable reporting used across the business.
This role combines data analysis, data validation, and BI development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with data end-to-end - from preparing datasets to building intuitive dashboards.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Work with marketing data: attribution, unit economics, and advertising channel performance
Collaborate with the marketing team, product managers, and data analysts
Ensure data quality and consistency in reporting
Validate and prepare data for reporting, including working with raw data sources
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau
Write and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery
What kind of professional are we looking for?
2+ years of experience as a BI Analyst / BI Developer / Analytics Engineer
Experience working with web-based products and performance marketing data
Experience working with raw and semi-processed data, including data validation and cleanup
Experience building dashboards for business users
Experience working with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), including extracting data from ad accounts and understanding key metrics
SQL (Advanced): window functions, CTEs, query optimization
BigQuery: experience working with large datasets, understanding of cost optimization and partitioning
Tableau: strong hands-on experience building interactive dashboards, calculated fields, and LOD expressions
Git/GitHub: code versioning, pull requests, code reviews
Basic understanding of ETL/ELT (AirFlow) processes
Nice to have:
Understanding of marketing attribution fundamentals
Experience working with PSP data (Stripe, PayPal)
Experience working with advertising platform APIs (Facebook Marketing API, Google Ads API)
Airflow: writing and maintaining DAGs
Python (basic level for scripting and automation)
